O R D E R

Petitioner challenges the order of learned Judge, Family Court, Chengalpet, passed in F.C.M.C No.47 of 2015 on 11.05.2016.

2. Petitioner and the respondent were married on 09.06.2014 and they have one son. Informing that upon the instigation of his parents, the petitioner avoided the respondent and was not taking care of her, she filed F.C.M.C.No.47 of 2015 on the file of learned Judge, Family Court, Chengalpet , seeking maintenance in a sum of Rs.15,000/-. Court below, under the impugned order, directed the petitioner to pay monthly maintenance in a sum of Rs.5,000/- to the respondent. Against such order, this revision has been filed.

3. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and the learned counsel for respondent.

4. It is admitted position that the petitioner is earning a sum of Rs.30,000/- per month. When such is the case, the order of the Court below directing payment of monthly maintenance in a sum of Rs.5,000/- to the respondent cannot be faulted. The amount awarded by the Court below cannot said to be unjust or unreasonable.

This Criminal Revision is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
