O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to give police protection to Speed Hospital situated at Pallikuda Street, Mangadu, Chennai, based on the complaint dated 20.08.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen that the petitioner is working as a Manager in the said Hospital, and there is obstruction to run the said Hospital at the hands of the second respondent. Therefore, the petitioner approached the Civil Court in O.S.No.30 of 2023 and also obtained interim injunction in I.A.No.2 of 2023 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Sriperumbudur against the second respondent. Even then, the second respondent is now obstructing the pathway to the Hospital. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation seeking police protection. The petitioner can very well approach the same Court seeking police protection and also can take appropriate action against the second respondent for violation of the interim injunction, instead of 2/4

approaching the first respondent seeking police protection. Therefore, the representation submitted by the petitioner cannot be considered, and it is liable to be dismissed.
