This Court by an order dated 18.12.2019 directed the Sub-Court, Tambaram to dispose H.M.O.P.659 of 2017 on or before 31.01.2020.

2. Mr. S.Vasu, learned counsel appearing for petitioner submitted that, till date, despite the order passed by this Court, it was not disposed of. Hence, he seeks time.

3. In the said circumstances, the Registry is directed to call for report from the learned Sub-Judge, Tambaram, as to why the H.M.O.P. 659 of 2017 was not disposed of till date, and the report should be placed before this Court on 14.02.2020.

4. Post the matters on 14.02.2020.
