(CR.NO.99 OF 2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition imposed by this Hon`ble Court that the petitioner shall report before the investigating officer daily at 10.30.a.m until further ordders in Crl.O.P No.5693/2022 dated 15.03.2022. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. B.GOPALAKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.J.SUBBIAH,Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.5693 of 2022 dated 15.03.2022. The condition was that the Petitioner has to report before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has been regularly complying the condition. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the Respondent Police submits that the Respondent Police has no objection to relax the condition imposed.

Considering the fact that this is a case registered under Sections 341, 384 and 506(i) of IPC and that the Petitioner is regularly complying with the condition as reported by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, this Court is inclined to allow the Petition.
