The petitioner / wife has filed this petition for withdrawal of the proceedings in O.P.No.2485 of 2017 pending on the file of Principal Family Judge, Chennai and transfer the same to the file of Principal Family Court, Coimbatore.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, O.P.No.2485 of 2017 is withdrawn from the file of Principal Family Judge, Chennai and H.M.O.P.No.285 of 2017 is withdrawn from the file of Principal Family Court, Coimbatore and both the petitions are transferred to (*)Sub Court, Cuddalore, for joint trial. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
