Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to pay the market value of the land as compensation to an extent of 2 acres 94.70 sq.mts comprised in T.S.No.54 Part of Block 19, situated in Mambalam, Ellaiamman Koil Street, West Mambalam pursuant to the letter dated 28.01.2014 of the second respondent.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to pay the market value of the land as compensation to an extent of 2 acres 94.70 sq.mts comprised in T.S.No.54 Part of Block 19, situated in Mambalam, Ellaiamman Koil Street, West Mambalam pursuant to the letter dated 28.01.2014 of the second respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the sole petitioner died and the legal representatives of the petitioner are not interested to proceed with the writ petition further. As such, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.

3. In view of the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
