ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor [Puducherry] appearing for the respondents.
2. It is seen that the petitioner has addressed the complaint dated 15.08.2015 to the (i) District Collector, Puducherry; (ii) Inspector General of Police, Puducherry; (iii) Superintendent of Police (North), Pondicherry; (iv) Tahsildar, Olugaret Commune Taluk https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Office, Puducherry, and lastly to the Inspector of Police, Lawspet Police Station, Puducherry. Under Section 154 Cr.P.C., a complaint should be first lodged before the jurisdictional Station House Officer, but whereas, the petitioner has lodged the present complaint to the Tahsildar, Collector and other higher authorities as stated above.
3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint dated 15.08.2015 given by this petitioner to the District Collector, an enquiry by the Tahsildar, Olugaret Commune Taluk Office, Puducherry has been ordered by the District Collector and enquiry is in progress. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is advised to await the outcome of the enquiry. Hence, these petitions are closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedy in the manner known to law.
