ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1086 days in filing the above appeal.

2. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, though in the petition, the number of days for the delay is mentioned as 1086 days, the actual delay is only 298 days.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection to allow the petition.

4. Considering the submissions and the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Court is of the view that the delay may be condoned on payment of costs, and the matter may be argued on merits.

5. Accordingly, the delay is condoned on payment of costs of Rs.1,500/- (Rupees one thousand and five hundred only) by the petitioners to the Tamilnadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai, on or before 21.07.2025.

6. On payment of costs, the Registry is directed to number the appeal and post it "for admission" on 22.07.2025, if the same is otherwise in order. If the costs is not paid on or before 21.07.2025, this C.M.P. stands dismissed without any reference to this Court.
