This petition has been filed to amend the prayer in the above writ petition W.P. No.7924 of 2025.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition since sufficient cause has been shown for amending the prayer in the main writ petition.

3. Accordingly, this writ miscellaneous petition is allowed as prayed for.

4. Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment accordingly and post the main writ petition for final disposal after carrying out the necessary amendment on 09.01.2026.
