When the matter was taken up, learned counsel appearing for petitioner requested for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to file an appeal before the appellate authority and to that effect, he has also made an endorsement.
Recording the above said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file an appeal before the appellate authority within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2015 is closed. No Costs. The Registry is directed to return the original impugned order to the writ petitioner.
