ORDER

This petition has been filed to permit the petitioners to raise the additional grounds in the above writ petition W.P. No.7924 of 2025.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition since sufficient cause has been shown to permit the petitioner to raise the additional grounds in the above writ petition W.P. No.7924 of 2025.

3. Accordingly, this petition is allowed as prayed for without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the respondents to raise all objections with regard to the additional grounds raised by the petitioner through this writ miscellaneous petition when the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

4. Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment accordingly and post the main writ petition for final disposal after carrying out the necessary amendment on 09.01.2026.
