ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested on 23.04.2021 and remanded to judicial custody for the alleged offence under Sections 392 and 397 of IPC in Cr.No.134 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 18.04.2021 at about 6.30 p.m. the petitioner has robbed a sum of Rs.1150/- from the defacto complainant at knife point. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays to grant bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that there are six previous cases pending against the petitioner. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the petitioner is a habitual offender and there are six previous cases pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
