Crl.MP.No.4753 of 2020 in Crl.OP.No.7379 of 2020 P.RAJAMANICKAM.J., This petition has been filed by the son of the deceased defacto complainant to intervene in the bail application filed by the first accused in Crl.OP.No.7379 of 2020.

2. The FIR has been registered based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner's father namely D.Mohammed Ishaq. Subsequently, the said D.Mohammed Ishaq died. Hence, the petitioner herein, who is being one of the sons of the said D.Mohammed Ishaq filed this petition seeking to intervene in the bail application. Since this petitioner comes within the definition of 'victim', this court is of the view that he is entitled to participate in this proceedings. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
