This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register an FIR on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 06.04.2015, registered in CSR.No.546/CSR/H8PS/2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. It is seen that, the complainant and the opposite party are brother and sister. Under such circumstance, the respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR.No.546 of 2015, by calling both the parties and take action in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
