ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7597 of 2020 dated 15.05.2020, to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., from 01.06.2020 to until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner have been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7597 of 2020 dated 15.05.2020, is modified. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent police, on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this criminal original petition is ordered.
