Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.4946/2021 in Crl.O.P.No.5385/2021 ordered on 23.04.2021 by directing in operative portion para 3 of page no.2, of the order that The petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Only) while executing sureties and after releasing him on bail, he shall deposit the remaining sum of Rs.5,00,000/- to the credit of Cr.No.2/2021 before the Judcial Magistrate, Tittakudi within period of four (4) weeks from the date of releasing him from jail to enable the petitioner to enlarge on bail.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.P.KOTHANDARAMAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition.
