Rules r/w Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, to pass an order of injunction restraining the 2nd Respondent from disbursing the amounts covered under Award Dated 25/11/2010 passed by the Hon'ble Arbitral Tribunal of the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and confirmed by award dated 06/04/2011 passed by the Hon'ble Arbitral Tribunal of the NSE to the 1st respondent from and out of the security deposits of the petitioner pending disposal of O.P.No.461 of 2011 filed by the petitioner and O.P.No.511 of 2011 filed by the 1st respondent under Section 34 of the Act on the file of this Court.

ORDER

1. This Court vide order dated 29.06.2015, had passed an interim order. Consequently, the operation of award dated 25.11.2010 was stayed, since petitions under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 have been filed by both parties.

3. The interim order dated 29.06.2015, is made absolute till the pendency of O.P.Nos.461 and 511 of 2011.
