ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register a case on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 05.07.2015 before the respondent and investigate the same according to law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that, already on a complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered against the opposite party and final report has been filed in C.C.No.208 of 2015.

4. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is now complaining that he is threatened further by the opposite party. Since the opposite party has already been made as an accused, no further direction need be given in this petition.
