This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register an F.I.R. on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 28.08.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. On a reading of the complaint, it appears that, this petitioner had lent Rs.10,00,000/- to the opposite party and that the opposite party is not repaying the amount. Since the allegations in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the complaint appears to be civil in nature, no positive direction can be given to Police to register an F.I.R., In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
