ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4283 of 2020 dated 12.03.2020 in Crime No.25 of 2019.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4283 of 2020 dated 12.03.2020 with some conditions. Due to the Corona Pandemic situation, the petitioner could not comply with the conditions within the stipulated period.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and four weeks time is granted to the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Only) to the credit of Crime No.25 of 2019, from the date on which the order copy made ready. Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Post the matter after four weeks, under the caption 'for reporting compliance".
