Seeking permission to conduct cultural programme in the Mariamman Festival at Royarpalyam on 06.09.2018, the petitioner addressed a representation dated 30.08.2018 to the respondent. As the same has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner, without enclosing the required details regarding his identity, has sent his representation to the respondent through post.
3. In view of the submission so made by the learned Special Government appearing for the respondent, this Court is of the view that the petitioner, without approaching the authority concerned, has straight away come to this Court with the present writ petitions. Such sort of approach by the petitioner cannot be countenanced. Hence, the relief sought for herein cannot be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
entertained by this Court.
