Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the 1st petitioner shall report before the respondent police monthly twice i.e 1st and 15th of every Month at 10.30 a.m and the 2nd petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m until further orders imposed by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.25888/2021 dated 12.01.2022. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.THULASI, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.J.SUBBIAH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.
25888 of 2021 dated 12.01.2022. The condition was that the First Petitioner has to appear before the Respondent Police on First and Fifteenth of every month at 10.30 a.m and the Second Petitioner has to report on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 2.
The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the Respondent Police submits that the investigation has not been completed and prays that the condition imposed can be modified instead of totally relaxing the condition.

In view of the submission made by the Learned Counsel for the parties, the condition is modified to the fact that the First Petitioner is directed to appear before the Respondent Police on the first day of every English calendar month and the Second Petitioner is directed to appear before the Respondent Police on the alternative Sundays, until further orders.
