This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Additional Mahila Court, Perambalur to dispose of calender case in C.C.No.57 of 2016, pending on his file. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the trial has already been commenced.

3.In view of the limited prayer sought for, there shall be a direction to the learned Additional Mahila Court, Perambalur to expedite the proceedings in C.C.No.57 of 2016 on the file of learned Additional Mahila Court, Perambalur and to complete the same, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
