3.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 4 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the fifth respondent and perused the materials available on record.

4.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he will not press the relief sought as against the respondents 6 and 7. However, his grievance is that there is wrong entry reflected in the Town Survey Land Register in the year 2003. In this regard, he has given a representation dated 19.04.2023 to the respondents 1 and 2 and the same has not been considered. 5.

In such view of the matter, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner 19.04.2023 with regard to the wrong entry in the Town Survey Land Register and pass appropriate orders, on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3/6
