The petitioner being the complainant in a private complaint, alleging the offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, seeks leave to file an appeal against the order of acquittal.

3.It is seen that the respondent has already appeared in the condone delay stage. Therefore, Registry is directed to print the name of the learned Counsel, who appeared at the time of admission itself.
