ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend time to the petitioner to surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Krishnagiri and shall execute a bond for Rs.5,000/-( Rupees Five Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said magistrate.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order made in Crl.O.P.No.8536 of 2020 dated 12.06.2020 was uploaded on 25.06.2020, hence the petitioner was unable to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the above sbmissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner 2 weeks time is granted after lifting of lockdown or the commencement of the Court's normal functioning whichever is earlier to execute sureties and to comply with the conditions as per order in Crl.O.P.8536 of 2020 dated 12.06.2020 failing which the Anticipatory bail already granted shall automatically stand dismissed.
