The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking modification to modify the order dated 07.01.2019 in Crl.O.P.No.328 of 2019 by directing the 2nd respondent to add the co-accused names in the Crime No.564 of 2018 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent and to complete the investigation and file a final report before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.The order in Crl.O.P.No.328 of 2019 dated 07.01.2019 was directed only for the alterations of the offences if required depending on the materials collected during the course of investigation and not for adding any new accused names in the Crime No.564 of 2018 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent. Hence, modification does not arise.

4.Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed.
