We are informed that the Writ Petitions were heard fully by a Division Bench presided by S.Manikumar,J. and thereafter, on change of roster, it was posted before this Bench. We have perused the entire case records. It is found that detailed notes were taken by the learned Judges who constituted the Bench spending two days for hearing. The said factual position is confirmed by the learned counsel appearing for the parties. We therefore, permit the parties to move the Registry for posting the Writ Petitions before the very same Bench after obtaining appropriate orders from The Honourable The Chief Justice.
