2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner filed Crl.M.P.Nos.34813 and 34652 of 2022 respectively, in C.C.No.8245 of 2021 and the said petitions were dismissed for default. Hence, without going into the merits of the case, it would suffice, if this Court permits the petitioner to file petitions seeking to set aside the order dated 14.03.2023. 2/4

3.In view of the above, these criminal revision cases are dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law.
