(CRIEM NO.41/2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed Para 6(c) on the petitioners by this Hon'ble court in Crl.OP.5866/2022 on 14.03.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S C.CHOKKALINGAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.J.SUBBIAH,Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Para 6(c) on the petitioners by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.5866 of 2022 on 14.03.2022. The condition was to appear before the Thiruttani Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the Respondent Police submits that the petitioners are not at all complying with the condition even for a single day. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. Further, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) is directed to move appropriate petition for cancelling the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners.
