ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.5623 of 2025 dated 28.02.2025.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.5623 of 2025 dated 28.02.2025 is relaxed.
