of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent or his authorized representative to present himself before the Sub Registrar, Tharangampadi on a date to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court to enable the petitioners to execute and register in favour of the 3rd respondent the necessary Gift Deed for providing roads and play grounds as contained in the resolution of the 3rd respondent dated 02.02.2011.
