C.R.P.NPD.No.1428 of 2020 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN , J.

By an order dated 06.08.2020, this Court has directed the learned Subordinate Judge, Hosur to dispose of the case within a period of one month.

2. Now the Judicial Officer has sent a communication seeking further time of six months. Since the petition has been filed under Order 39 Rule 1 of C.P.C for injunction, this Court is inclined to grant only six weeks.

3. Accordingly, six weeks time is granted to dispose of the petition in I.A.No.2 of 2020 in O.S.No.159 of 2020.
