O R D E R

The Transfer C.M.P. has been filed to transfer the M.O.P. No.428 of 2018 pending on the file of the Family Court, Puducherry to the file of the Subordinate Court, Poonamallee.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the respondent expressed his consent for transferring the petition in M.O.P. No.428 of 2018 from the file of the Family Court, Puducherry to the file of the Subordinate Court, Poonamallee and requested this Court to fix some reasonable time limit for expeditious disposal. 3.This Court, taking note of the consent given by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent for transferring the petition in M.O.P. No.428 of 2018 seeking dissolution of marriage filed by the respondent from the file of the Family Court, Puducherry to the file of the Subordinate Court, Poonamallee, is inclined to transfer the M.O.P. No.428 of 2018 to the file of the Sub Court, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Poonamallee. Accordingly, the Tr. C.M.P. is allowed and the M.O.P. No.428 of 2018 pending on the file of the Family Court, Puducherry is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Subordinate Court, Poonamallee.

4.The Subordinate Poonamallee is directed to take up the case and dispose of the same within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, C.M.P. No.10370 of 2019 is closed.
