O R D E R
(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court on 30.06.2020 made in Crl.O.P.No.9731 of 2020 that " the petitioner shall report before respondent police daily at 10.30 A.M., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders."
The counsel for the petitioner would submit that, as per the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.9731 of 2020 on 30.06.2020, the petitioner has been complying with the conditions and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition imposed.
The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the condition regularly.
In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9731 of 2020 on 30.06.2020 is modified. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, after lifting of the lockdown or the commencement of the Court's normal functioning whichever is earlier, on the first working day of every month until further orders.
With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
