Petition under Article 227 of Constitution of India, against the Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to direct the IV Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai for a speedy disposal of the suit O.S.No.5257 of 2014 within a stipulated time, thereby to operate the quarry by the petitioner herein and thus render justice.(in CRP(PD).No.1465 of 2021) Order : This petition coming on for Extension of time on date and persuing the earlier order date of 27/07/2021 and letter dated01/10/2021 vide D.No.10358/2021 From the IV Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, this court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.Considering the request of the learned IV Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai and also the circumstances shown for further extension, the time is extended for further three months to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.5257 of 2014.
