ORDER

Seeking a direction to the first respondent to initiate conciliation proceedings as per Ref.Na.Ka.No.A/765/2016 and advise the second respondent to settle the issues of illegal shifting of work place from Unit III to I and further provide https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

employment to the workers in Unit III by the second respondent and pass suitable orders, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned senior counsel appearing for the second respondent would submit that nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. He would further submit that the grievance of the petitioner to initiate conciliation proceedings was done and thereafter the conciliation report itself has been fled pursuant to the failure on 22.02.2017. A copy of the same has also been produced before this Court.

3.In such view of the matter, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
