This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file final report in Crime No.711 of 2013.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, investigation in Crime No.711 of 2013 has been completed and the closure report has been made ready. RCS notice has also been served on the de facto complainant in RCS No.35 of 2015.

4. Hence, the respondent police is directed to file the closure report before the jurisdictional Magistrate, within two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
