These petitions have been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of second appellant and to implead the petitioners 2 to 5 as the appellants 2 to 5 in the Second Appeal.

2. Considering the averments in the affidavits filed along with these petitions and since the petitioners 2 to 5 are legal representatives of the deceased second appellant and they have to be brought on record, these petitions are Ordered.

3. Notice to the newly impleaded appellants and to the unserved respondents in the Second Appeal returnable by 19.02.2026.
