Heard M/s.Usha Raman, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Tamilvanan, learned Government Advocate, Puducherry appearing on behalf of the respondents.

2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition praying for a direction to the second respondent to dispose of his representation dated 05.01.2015.

3. According to the petitioner, though the second respondent has accepted the document presented by him, before the second respondent for registration validly, till date, the authority has neither registered the document nor returned the same to the petitioner. In this regard, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 05.01.2015 and the same is pending as on date. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

In the light of the above facts, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 05.01.2015 and pass appropriate orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
