This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file final report in Crime No.672 of 2012.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, investigation in Crime No.672 of 2012 has been completed and the closure report has been made ready.

4. Under such circumstances, the respondent police is directed to serve a copy of the RCS notice in RCS No.21 of 2012 on the de facto complainant and file the closure report before the jurisdictional Magistrate, within two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
