ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.15338 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.18444 of 2024 dated 05.11.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the case has now been transferred to CBCID Cyber Crime, Villupuram.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18444 of 2024 dated 13.08.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.15338 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.18444 of 2024 dated 05.11.2024 is now modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the CBCID Cyber Crime, Villupuram, once a month i.e, on the first Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
