Heard Mr.V.T.Balaji, learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records.

2. This revision petition is filed seeking a direction to the learned District Munsif, Pappirreddipatti to dispose of I.A.No.902 of 2021 in O.S.No.215 of 2021.

3. The petitioner/plaintiff has filed O.S.No.215 of 2021 seeking perpetual injunction restraining the respondents/defendants 1 to 18 including the Revenue Officials from dispossession of the petitioner from peaceful possession of the schedule of property including laying of pathway by the Revenue Officials.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the contesting Page No.2/4

defendants have already filed their written statement and the matter is posted for framing issues. In the meanwhile, the Revenue Authorities again recently made an attempt to lay a pathway, which was resisted by the petitioner with great difficulty. The regular proceedings are not going there in Pappireddipatti Court and the matter is not being proceeded with either by the Presiding Officer or in charge of that Court, thereby the matter is continuously adjourned for framing of issues.

Keeping in view of the circumstances and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the fact that the Revenue Officials are attempting to lay a pathway, the learned District Munsif, Pappireddipatti is directed to take up I.A.No.902 of 2021 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, not later than three months from the date of receipt of o copy of this order.
