CRIME NO.608/2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.OP.No.23492 of 2021 dated 17.12.2021 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.PUNNIAKOTI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.J.SUBBIAH, Government Advocate, (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.23492 of 2021 dated 17.12.2021. The condition was that the Petitioner has to report before the Respondent Police on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has been regularly complying the condition. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the Respondent Police submits that the Respondent Police has no objection to relax the condition imposed.

Considering the fact that this is a case raised under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC and that the Petitioner is regularly complying with the condition as reported by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, this Court is inclined to allow the Petition.
