..Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to grant three months ordinary leave to the detenue Amutha, wife of T.Marimuthu, aged about 35 years, now confined in Special Central Prison (Women), Coimbatore by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 24.05.2021 on the file of the respondents herein to secure the ends of justice. (Order of the Court made by M.DURAISWAMY,J.) The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to grant three months ordinary leave to the detenue Amutha, wife of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

T.Marimuthu, aged about 35 years, now confined in Special Central Prison (Women), Coimbatore by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 24.05.2021.

2. When the Writ Petiiton is taken up for hearing, Mr.R.Muniapparaj, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the 3rd respondent had already considered the representation of the petitioner dated 24.05.2021 and passed an order on 10.06.2021, therefore the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

3. Mr.R. Sankarasubbu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 10.06.2021, in accordance with law.

4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the Writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 10.06.2021 in accordance with law. No costs.
