[Order of the Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J] The present Contempt Petition has been filed by petitioner alleging noncompliance of the order of this Court passed in A.S.No.850 of 2009 and Cross Appeal No.80 of 2009 dated 05.04.2017, wherein this Court has directed respondents to make payment of the amount awarded by this Court within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after deducting the amount that has already been paid to the claimant/Cross Objector.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner.

3. Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, it is represented by learned counsel for petitioner that the order, which is in contempt, has been complied with.

Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Contempt Petition. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed.
