ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 394, 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.54 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused committed robbery of Rs.10,000/- at knife point.
3. It is seen from the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the petitioner is having five previous case.
