(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The learned Assistant Solicitor General has produced before us the petition filed before the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Writ Petition (Civil) No.433 of 2012 where in prayer (c), a specific prayer has been made for declaration of Section 14 read with Section 22 of the National Green Tribunal Act, as unconstitutional in so far as they purport to exclude the writ jurisdiction of the High Court under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India.
2. In view of the aforesaid position, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition. Endorsement has been made.
