ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate Court/Tribunal in the manner known to law.
