ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Page No.1 of 4
day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.4744 of 2025 dated 25.02.2025.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition only for 18 days and thereafter he has not complied with the condition.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4744 of 2025 dated 25.02.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, twice a month, i.e., on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
